Bedroom 3
Queen bed, 1 night stand with USB charger, smart TV, closet.

Bedroom 4
2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin sized beds, smart TV, closet. Please note the bunk beds have a 165lb weight limit.

Hall Bathroom - full bathroom.

Additional Sleeping
There is a twin sized fold-up bed stored in the master closet as well as sleeping for 1 (or 2 smalls) on the sofa.

Backyard
Fenced with 6ft privacy fence. Large Oak tree.

Guests will have full access to the property other than the backyard storage shed and the small utility closet in the hallway full bathroom.

I do not live at this property, but live locally if needed.

Smart TV`s (Roku) are provided along with internet, but we do not provide a subscription for TV service. You will need to sign into your apps for TV.

A twin-sized folding bed is also provided in the master closet.

We allow up to 12 guests included in the booking fee. Additional guests are allowed at the owner`s discretion with a $25/night fee per guest.

We do not allow parties, sub-letting, renting rooms, ghost kitchens, commercial activity, or any other activity in which you profit from our property.
