„The bathroom of our room could have been cleaner. There were hairs from previous visitors as well as the lid of the toilet seat was dirty and clearly had not been wiped down. The only other thing was a smell in the room. It wasn't a bad smell necessarily, and could have been from the air not running in there for a few days previously or maybe a scent from the laundry detergent.“
