There is paid parking over the road from the property which is £10 for a full week.

*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Stays over 10 nights

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee of £97. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
