Entirely Newly Refurbished to High Spec, with everything you may need to relax and unwind.. Including a hot tub! - we hope you love it as much as we do..

The space
Our Luxurious home from home. You will have five cosy bedrooms to choose from with TVs in each room all with built in Amazon fire sticks.
Toilet with Shower over bath Upstairs and Downstairs Toilet.
A Huge TV and sofa / Sofa-Bed in the Living/ Dining room perfect for movie nights!!
Kitchen with everything you may need.. Includes Oven, Stove top, American Fridge Freezer with built-in Water and Ice Dispenser, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer and of course a Toaster and Kettle- Teas and Coffee Provided.
Patio doors allow a gorgeous garden view while dining. These lead out to the outdoor Area with egg chair, outdoor heater and Hot Tub, Also an Office area with private kitchen and sofa bed.
Car charging port on driveway available to use- you will be charged accordingly for usage.
Please Note: we do NOT provide any towels.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the whole home.

We only really have 2 main rules but please respect Terms and Conditions at all times- these will be included in the welcome pack.

1. Our neighbours are a huge priority to us as a business- Please remember to respect your neighbors at all times. We have a strict noise policy as we are in a residential area. This includes usual laws with regards to noise between 11pm to 8am - If we have any noise complaints we reserve full rights to remove all guests from the property.

2.People wearing Fake Tan of any kind are NOT permitted to enter the Hot Tub under any circumstances.
