1. This property backs directly onto the creek, which is located only metres from the rear of the home. There is no fence or barrier separating the property from the water. For the safety of all guests, children must be supervised at all times and should never be left unattended anywhere on the property.
2. Property is situated across the creek from the Sawtell Bowls Club beer garden, expect some noise to carry across.
