One of The Skyhouse’s most distinctive amenities is the property’s private 22-hole, par-70 disc golf course. Bring your favorite discs for a full round, or enjoy a few leisurely holes between other adventures.



Downstairs on the garage level, the gym includes a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, full squat rack, and free weights. Fit in a morning workout before breakfast or an afternoon session after exploring the area. The recreation lounge offers foosball, bubble hockey, and comfortable seating for relaxing between games. Cornhole boards are also available for outdoor entertainment, along with fishing poles for guests planning to explore nearby fishing opportunities.



After a day of hiking, disc golf, or time on the lake, return upstairs to a bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled, glass-enclosed shower and warm wood vanity. Guests have private use of the upstairs Skyhouse accommodations, including the open loft, full kitchen, bathroom, and lakeview deck, plus access to the downstairs gym and recreation lounge, private disc golf course, and outdoor recreation amenities. The property owners also have access to the gym. If they need to use it during your stay, they will respect your privacy and avoid interrupting your plans.



The Skyhouse is a separate guesthouse beside the owners’ occupied main residence. The owners live on-site, while your upstairs accommodations and private deck are exclusively yours. The main residence is not included in your reservation. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles.



This rural residential setting offers open views, wooded hills, and a slower pace away from downtown. Wild turkeys, deer, elk, and even moose have been spotted on the property, so you may see wildlife passing through during your visit. Sightings cannot be guaranteed, and guests should always observe animals from a distance without approaching or feeding them.



When you’re ready to explore, Black Rock Marina is approximately 3 miles away, downtown Coeur d’Alene is approximately 15 miles away, and Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort is approximately 15 miles away. Enjoy nearby hiking and biking, plan an outing on the water, or head downtown for restaurants, shopping, and a waterfront stroll before returning to your quiet retreat above the lake.



A vehicle is essential for this peaceful North Idaho location, as shops and restaurants are a drive away. Distances are approximate, and we recommend allowing additional travel time during winter weather or changing road conditions. Fishing poles are provided, but guests are responsible for obtaining any required fishing licenses and arranging access to appropriate fishing locations.



The Skyhouse is designed as an intimate couples’ retreat and is best enjoyed by two adults. Couples traveling with an infant are welcome; however, the stairs, elevated deck, and open property layout make the guesthouse unsuitable for toddlers and older children. Stairs are required to reach the main upstairs living area, while the gym and recreation lounge are on the garage level. Pets are not permitted.
