The Space:

Ground-floor convenience, direct beach access, and a shared pool just steps from your door make this an easy, no-fuss retreat for families, couples, or a small group ready to fully unplug.



The condo sleeps up to six with a king bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and a sofa sleeper. The renovation means you're walking into a fresh, comfortable space so you can settle in immediately and start enjoying your stay.



With ocean views and a ground-level location near the pool, you'll find it effortless to move between a morning dip in the shared pool, a midday stretch on the beach, and a relaxed evening back at the condo. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided so you can claim your spot on the sand without hauling gear from home. After a day in the sun, rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading inside.



Cocoa Beach puts everything within easy reach with the area's casual seafood spots, local bars, and surf-town shops close by. If you're a space enthusiast, Kennedy Space Center is roughly 45 minutes away.



Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple and flexible. One assigned parking spot is included on the premises. Please note that parking is limited to that single space, so larger groups traveling in multiple vehicles should plan accordingly.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Getting Around:

One assigned parking spot is included on the premises, which covers most guests arriving by car. South Atlantic Avenue runs directly along the beach and is walkable and bikeable, with most local restaurants, shops, and attractions reachable on foot or by a short ride. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in Cocoa Beach for evenings out or trips up to the more commercial areas of town. Kennedy Space Center is roughly a 40–45 minute drive north via FL-528.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

- Parking is strictly limited to 1 vehicle. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.

- Please be aware that the Pool and Beach Access is a shared space.
