Our spacious condo directly overlooks a beautiful, wide section of Cocoa Beach. There are beautiful, expansive beach views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully stocked for your stay and set up to comfortably sleep up to 8. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub along with private beach access. As a bonus, we supply beach gear and you have full access to park in our private garage.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo (with the exception of one locked closet) and a community pool/hot tub area. A key to the private beach access will also be provided making for a relaxing day at the beach.

Guests are also allowed to park in our private garage and are responsible for keeping the garage door closed when not in use.

Other things to Note:
No pets allowed. While we are child friendly, please note that our condo is not child-proof.

We have a pest control service, but there is always a possibility of seeing and/or hearing small animals and insects in and around the condo. We suggest leaving the screen doors closed if you plan to have the patio door open to avoid insects entering the condo.

Also, while generally quiet, our condo is adjacent to other condos which are privately owned. As such, noises may be heard from other condos.

We are also next door to a public parking area and road. It is possible that you may hear noises from that area during your stay.

Please be aware that some of the PS4 games are ESRB rated T or M and may not be suitable for children. Also, some of the albums at the condo are not suitable for children.
