You will enjoy every moment of your stay in this spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home. Amenities include a hot tub and cool spa, fire pit, paddle boards and canoes, grill and smoker, enclosed beach shower, a billiard room and a movie room setup with a wrap around sectional and blackout curtains to make movie watching a pleasure anytime, night or day.

The kitchen is huge with a breakfast bar and conversational area making sure the chef is never left out of the group, and is fully equipped with extensive cookware. Meal prep will be a breeze! The Sun Room features a pool table and wide-screen TV with games and puzzles and a round table for activities or waterfront dining. The large hot tub / cool spa accommodates up to 7 people and has around it a platform for ease of access and socializing.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed with ensuite and private screen patio just for you. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed that but could be split into two XL twins if you needed more beds. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have queen beds. Each room has dressers and large closets great for unpacking and storing your luggage away. But keep your swim suit out for the spa or a dip in the river.

You will see manatees swim through as well as dolphins.

In the summer turn the heater off to the spa but keep the jets on and you will have the ultimate refreshing chill spot.
