This charming beach house has 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms plus all the amenities you and your guests need for a relaxing vacation.

The Red Door Beach Cottage is great for families or gatherings! In 2020 it was completely renovated featuring new everything! New appliances, granite countertops furniture, and decorations! Plenty of space to stretch out and relax in this tastefully decorated home. The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably all in beds.

This vacation getaway allows you to unwind with lots of privacy while being just moments away from the beach! Equipped with a fully functional security system for your protection and peace of mind!

All beach gear provided including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, and more.

Our guests also have access to 4 beach cruiser bicycles so you can cruise around town like a local!

A Few Important Things To Understand Before Booking...

- This property does NOT allow parties and we are very strict on this rule. The inside and outside of our house is equipped with NoiseAware decibel detectors.

- This property does NOT allow smoking inside or outside the property except in one designated smoking area in the backyard.

- The occupancy limit is 8 total. There is no flexibility on this as it is city law.

- 2 parking places available in the driveway. No parking on the street as per city laws.

- The property has active video monitoring on the outside perimeters of the property

- After you book this property you will also need to digitally sign our short-term vacation rental contract as required by city law (Don't worry it's easy).

Please note: A separate rental agreement signing is required to confirm this booking. Guests must provide a mailing address for the contract via our secure guest portal.

Mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $150 required for stays longer than 13 days (charged separately). This ensures a 5-star experience by providing fresh linens and a sanitized space, maintaining the home's high standards for you and future guests.

Insurance: We strictly follow our cancellation policy and highly recommend travel insurance in case your plans change.
