Condo has a private entrance and access to beach from the pool area. Hilton Garden Inn also next door-Starbucks kiosk! No Utilities to pay! Laundry in condo! Separate beverage cooler and freezer! All utilities will be included- however, condo HOA is not pet friendly! Arrangements can be made to board small pets and be delivered for daily visits at park next door! Available for Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall seasons 2025/2026: minimum stay of 3-month lease is required per HOA restrictions! (available Jan thru Dec 2025 & 2026) Special consideration to stay as guest to preview condo for 7 days stay before starting your 3-month lease!!! Homeowner is un-sure about doing longer term leases (1+yrs) at this time

Either a property damage policy (available @ $119) in lieu of a $3750 security deposit or VRBO property damage policy is required to secure a 3-month lease or longer.

Can pick you up at airport of your choice MCO or MLB & SFB (will need 48-hour notice for heads up awareness for any local transportation!)
