Set on 26 private acres in the rolling hills of Cochranville, Willow Pond Manor is a countryside mansion built for gathering. A spring-fed pond with a fountain sits out front, open pastures roll to the tree line, and there`s space inside and out for everyone to spread way out. With 6 bedrooms, 10 beds & room for 19, it`s made for family reunions, multi-family trips, and big celebrations.

This Mansion sleeps 16 comfortably, up to 19 with pull-out sofas.
Groups over 19 are welcome to bring air mattresses or other sleeping arrangements. 25$ per guest per night
Additional guests past 19 are $25 per guest/night.

Guest access
The entire estate is yours — house, decks, hot tub, fire pit, and all 26 acres around it. Self check-in with a keypad means you can arrive on your own schedule and settle right in.

Gather everyone around the fire, watch a movie in the game room, and soak in the hot tub as the sun drops behind the hills. We hope it`s the kind of place that`s hard to leave. Come relax — you`ve earned it.

🐾 All Pets Must be added to the Reservation. We only allow non-shedding dogs up to 50lbs. A $300 pet fee will be included at checkout, if you add your pet to the reservation.

🌊The pond is home to snapping turtles and is off-limits to all guests, including children and pets. Please stay outside of the fenced area.
