„Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for visiting the Strong Museum. Food at breakfast was good. Food at in house restaurant was good. Beds are very uncomfortable. Bathroom sink did not drain, but fixed quickly once brought to attention of management. Floor in room entrance and bathroom was very dirty upon checkin. „Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people.
