„The hotel sits atop Batu hill and which means it is quiet. Secondly, it is very close to downtown area and main road to Malang. The staff was courteous and professional.“

„Sehr hellhörig. Glocke vom Aufzug, Türalarme bei nicht geschlossenen Zimmertüren. Gespräche aus Fluren und Nebenzimmern. Starker Fäkalgeruch, wenn Klimaanlage nicht in Betrieb. Armaturen im Bad gehören ausgetauscht. Insgesamt sauber und freundliches Personal.“
