„This was perfect for me and my husband. It was a couple of miles from a very nice beach and a beach pass was included so we parked for free. The house is small but has a large deck and a screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. It took us a couple of days to discover the outdoor shower behind the house and that made our stay perfect! We would stay again. “

We were coming from a family event in another state and found that even though this house was smaller in size, it was far better stocked with well-thought out amenities and helpful items for having a great stay. (One example: The other house lacked any place to hang a towel; we marveled that this house has a half-dozen different hooks or towel bars readily available for use.) „This updated turnkey cottage was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very attractively decorated. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept us cool. It was a short drive to the private association beach that borders Rocky Neck State Park with easy drop-off and convenient parking.“

„This is the 4th year we’ve rented this property. The four bedrooms have ample room for our daughters and sons in-law. The kids room has two big bunks with trundles that sleeps 8! It’s a fun room for the children. The beachfront backyard is the highlight! The comfy couch with shaded gazebo, outdoor dining area, grill, outdoor shower, fire pit with chairs in the sand. The view is beautiful! Low tide brings the sandbar our daily exploration for the family. Love this place!“

Our toddlers loved being able to go back and forth throughout the day and it had all the amenities we could have asked for, even double ply toilet paper! "Für eine Gruppe von 6 Personen hat man uns zwei große Zimmer nebeneinander mit Verbindungstür gegeben, sehr schön! Die Zimmerausstattung geht in Ordnung, wobei die Duschwanne vielleicht nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß ist, ebenso wie der Umstand, dass man teilweise länger warten muss, bis das Wasser warm ist. Beim Service muss man hingegen Abstriche machen, eine reguläre Zimmereinigung lässt sich das Hotel tatsächlich extra bezahlen, ansonsten erhält man nur eine "Basic"-Sevice. Den Bewertungen nach zu urteilen gab es früher wohl mal Frühstück, mittlerweile allerdings nicht mehr. Warum Parken im angrenzenden Parkhaus für Hotelbesucher teurer ist als für alle anderen Kunden haben wir auch nicht nachvollziehen können. "
