„Wir waren für 10 Tage im Hotel. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Platz im Kleiderschrank war leider etwas begrenzt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber auf Dauer etwas entönig. Der Spa Bereich ist nett, aber wir haben ihn wegen guten Wetters kaum genutzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Zimmerservice perfekt. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.“

„Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. Food in the bar was good quality in relaxed surroundings and the staff were very attentive and made for an enjoyable evening. „Es hat alles gestimmt, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wunderschoene Unterkunft, ausgezeichnetes Essen, wunderschoene Lage, ruhig. Toll! Sonstiges: - Reisen mit öffentlichem Verkehr, also ohne eigenes Auto bedarf eigener Vorbereitung oder eines Besuchs im Tourist office in Llandudno, da eher ungewöhnlich. Weiss man aber einmal wie, ist es kein Problem. - Ein Problem mit der Buchung wurde sehr professionell vom Hotel gelöst. - Die Massagen waren nicht ganz 10 Punkte, eher 6-7. Aber ...
