The property was also great for backyard birding, I saw many species over our short stay here. „Jeff and Christine's place is amazing! They really made sure I had everything I could possibly need. When we had a power outage, Jeff was super quick to respond, which was so appreciated since I was juggling two little ones (the outage was due to a car hitting a utility pole nearby, not anything with their home!). I've known Jeff for years—he’s a great family friend who we've come to know over the years as my parents live down the street on the lake. It was wonderful to spend some quality time ...

„We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in the chalet. Everything was just as advertised and the home was very clean. There was a lot more space than we expected and it was well stocked with all the necessities, which is not very common with most rentals. The location was excellent. It feels like you’re in a remote area tucked away when you’re in the chalet, but it is a very short drive to anywhere you want to go. We had a toddler with us and all the toys were perfect for him. „The host was very responsive to questions and accommodating with requests we had. It is a duplex as other the other review stated, but we had the large backyard to ourselves and felt private. Kayaking along the river is a must, lots of nature to see. The town is a 5 minute drive so you are close to amenities. Overall we had a great stay. Don’t hesitate to book here! “

„We visit gun lake a lot. We have stayed in many rentals. By far one of the best! We had a great time. Definitely will book this house again. “

This is the lake that he and his brothers would venture every summer. We kept our promise to them both. The house we stayed in was amazing. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. “

„It was a very nice cottage. It’s right on the water which is nice. We’re from Florida so seeing snow was a treat for us. We liked that there was a local grocery store not too far up the road. Overall it’s a nice place for a couple to stay or a couple with one child. “
