„One of the nicest Hotels I have ever stayed with! Very nice garden and lovely rooms. We even got an upgrade as we were staying with the whole family. It is very relaxing at Kasmanda Palace with an amazing view over the valley. The staff has been more than helpful. Also the food was amazing home food at its best!“

„It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food“

Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking.“

„It's very close to the main area library chowk. This property has a common area called sky deck which is a plus to hang out and in the evening there is musical show as well in somedays “

„Great room and friendly staff. A bit hard to get to when travelling to and from Library Chowk. Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers.“

The staff was very helpful, and they even made special Navratra meals for me since I was fasting, which I really appreciated. They also arranged a scooty for me to get around the area, which made exploring much easier. The food was tasty, and the hotel had a safe and comfortable environment.
