The basement where the fourth bedroom is located is dark and dirty. There are mouse traps in the basement and a mouse ran across my daughter's foot when we were down there. However, with a house that has easy capability to sleep 8 people it has a small kitchen table with only 4 chairs. It would be advantageous to at least have 4 additional folding chairs and either a bigger kitchen table or an additional folding table that could be used if needed. „We had a great family weekend in Des Moines. The house is fantastic for a large group. Nice kitchen, dining and living areas. Plenty of bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The game room in the basement was super fun! Everyone had plenty of space and a great time! When we arrived the front door was open and two men were in the entryway with large equipment.
