„Second stay here in the space of 10 days for business. Both stays were excellent, from check in to leaving, I have no criticisms that can be put down to the hotel or the staff. Yes, on last nights stay I had a family (I think) in the room above me who seemed to just be clomping around constantly until about 1030 pm - that’s not the fault of the hotel though, it’s down to consideration for others. Friendly staff (Sue is lovely), clean comfortable rooms and great food. I’ll definitely be back “

„Very pleasant stay at Highfield House over the weekend. Greeted by our host on arrival and all essential information shared. Room (4) was clean and adequate size. Towels etc changed each day where necessary. Only had breakfast on our last morning and regrets that we didn't try it before. It was lovely. „Absolutely brilliant young hosts Josie and Brendan. The room was great and there was also an iron, ironing board and kettle (with coffee, tea and milk) and (if required) a flat TV available. Each day we had a fresh bottle of water provided too. The hotel and room were furnished in a period style, corresponding to the Haworth village. „It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. „The final email re instructions on how to get through the front door and then the room were not sent, which delayed me quite a bit. Note to cleaners: check the small bin in the shower room is empty. I had an unpleasant suprise... Room 3 was quiet (thank you!) even though the property - unnamed on the outside - is on a busy, noisy road. A little over priced, on balance.“

Little to no mention about the actual details regarding sharing a flat, other guests were extremely noisy, particularly very early in the morning Property, not in the best of conditions, with bathroom doors, not locking, which is extremely disconcerting for a shared flat. „We were made to feel very welcome by the hostess, breakfast was excellent. Bedroom was a bit cramped but plenty of tea and coffe supplies. Position ideal for exploring the Morecambe seafront, parking outside was a problem but Council car park in side road nearby. “
