„I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation. It seemed like we were just 10 minutes or less from everything. Amazing host, amazing property - this place sets a high bar and there is no need to look any further ...

„My husband and I stayed last year and when we returned this year with family to watch our oldest graduate the stay was no different. The house is clean, well stocked of things you need, and it feels like home. We gathered in the kitchen to cook meals and dining area to eat and hang out. Our oldest is moving on to another state to further their education so there isn’t a need to return but if there were I would come stay again.“

„I was in Davenport for work. The house was nice, and the kitchen is excellent if you like to cook your own meals. The neighborhood is quite and the hosts are neighbors are so friendly and kind. I would definitely stay here again!“

„Very nice, recently renovated home located on a scenic lot adjacent to the Mississippi River. Proprietors were very welcoming and all the amenities were as advertised. My wife and I both worked remotely while visiting and wi fi was great. We walked the neighborhood multiple times and felt very safe.“

„Quick response to our question when we got there. Quiet and peaceful, I never heard the barges go by. Easy to find. Short drive to town for groceries and to Maquoketa Cave State Park. Daughters thought their beds upstairs were a little hard (personal preference), but the one downstairs was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Best set of skillets I have seen in a rental.“

„Great hub for our two day stay to explore Dubuque & the river. Enjoyed hanging out on the front porch watching so many different kinds of birds ( saw pelicans, eagles, vultures etcetera!). Also loved that we could cross the street and stroll the scenic river walk. Lori was very responsive to all of our prep emails. Would definitely reccomend for those looking for a quiet stay in the area.“
