„This is a very charming house and location. The lake view is beautiful, from outdoors and indoors as well. The property owner was very responsive and checked in to ensure we arrived and gave us contacts if needed. Very clean, nice yards, with a nice deck to sit and have breakfast and dinner to enjoy the lake. The dock has a sitting area, which is nice. „Throughout the years we have stayed at many vacation rentals. One can tell right away when the owner cares about the renters. The owner of this place definitely does. He included many extras such as a welcome bottle of wine and multiple areas with fresh cut flowers. The house was well equipped, very clean and the view of the lake was beautiful.“

„Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.“

„Lovely little cottage right on Seneca Lake. Wonderful sun rises! Host was accessible, attentive to detail, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. On check in the house was well lit with soft music playing to welcome us. I especially liked the little tea cups and books left on the beds. Home and property were well-kept and clean and the bed very comfy. Appreciated that I could bring the dogs with me and we all had an excellent, relaxing week. Plenty of birds and squirrels to watch. "Room was well equipped but with a very used appearance. Best days were already a while ago. Safe in the room was locked upon arrival and could not be opened as no master key was available. This is a known issue. Breakfast area is very nice including seasonal decorations. Complimentary breakfast was good except for the warm brown water aka coffee. Walmart is next door. For outside eating, can recommend Connie’s Diner."
