„Employees made our three day's feel uncomfortable and very unwelcomed. Day and night staff are very rude. Over half the time both room keys didnt work. My son had a seizure the first night there. The hotel had no wheelchair to take him out on and the female employee had no care and just went and sat down. I have to move him from the second floor on the luggage cart :( I will Never stay at this place again!!!!!“

„The pictures were misleading about this property and there is a terrible cat odor smell upstairs. There is one door that is locked that the smell seems to come from. One day we came back and this door was open and what looked like an old molded mattress was on the floor. There is no pool on property, nor is there access to one. The one listed is 30 minutes way and you do not have access to the pool since it is on another resort. We sat outside on the upstairs patio one night and were eaten ...
