„The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. Five star outstanding features include sleeping porches, a lovely yard and surroundings, and, of course, the magical warm mineral "dipping" creek in the back yard, which are alone worth the stay. I would strongly recommend that owners find a way to install a full sized refrigerator near the kitchen, as the dormitory sized one on the floor, and the full sized one in the basement (which you have to go outside to reach) is quite inconvenient. „Nat was one of the most helpful hosts I’ve ever interacted with. He gave us so many recommendations on things to do, where to eat as well as details about the house and area, which made planning for the trip that much easier.
