Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire apartment with an easy self checkin process, as well as 24/7 access to all of the buildings amenities.

Free parking is available for one car inside. You will have an assigned spot inside the garage attached to the building.

Note, it is an older garage and can be TIGHT especially for larger vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
All confirmed bookings may be asked to submit a photo ID for guest screening. If intending to use the parking garage we will need vehicle information as well.

Please note this is a residential building with other long term guests. People who live here have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, our building has a VERY strict no party policy, and quite hours from 10pm-7am. No smoking or loitering is permitted in any of the common areas. We have 24/7 security and management on site and hold a zero tolerance policy for those who do not follow our house rules.

All guests are subject for manual review and may be cancelled (without penalty on the Host) if the Host deems your reservation to be high-risk.

Surveillance cameras are in the hallways for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit for noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB).

We do not provide linens for the couch.
