Perfect for families & business travelers, our home is just 7 mins from downtown CLE, 4 mins from Edgewater Beach, & 14 mins from CLE Airport. Enjoy luxury flooring throughout, a large remodeled & fully stocked kitchen, and a game room that`s perfect for kids (and adults of course :)! Rest easy on premium comfortable mattresses with a security system included. No loud gatherings permitted. Pets allowed with approval.
Our fully remodeled home in Cleveland`s Gordon Square neighborhood features 3 bedrooms (6 total beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Guests can relax in the stylish living room or enjoy meals in the nice dining room. The back deck has a patio table and chairs, and the fenced-in backyard is perfect for dogs. NO CATS ALLOWED
For added entertainment, guests can head to the game room in the basement, which includes 2 full-size arcade games, a Nintendo with 620 games, and much more. With luxury flooring throughout and premium mattresses in the bedrooms, our home is the perfect place to rest and recharge after a long day of exploring Cleveland! Guests will have access to the entire house and will have it all to themselves. We are available for questions anytime, but will also give our guests their space :).
Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
To ensure smooth check-in, please complete these steps after booking:

- Make sure your payment is all set
- Take a quick selfie while holding your driver’s license or government-issued ID.

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property
🐾 A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
