This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
After being placed in three different rooms, I ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel across the street. Each room presented serious and consistent cleanliness failures that should never occur in any property.
Room 1: The bed sheets had clearly not been changed. They appeared used, with visible hair and what appeared to be bodily fluid stains.
Room 2: The bed again had long strands of hair throughout.
Room 3: There were large, clearly unsanitary stains on the sitting chair, and the toilet appeared as though it had just been used and not cleaned.
After bringing these issues to the attention of both the front desk attendant and the manager, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of accountability. The manager, while on the phone, stated that I was “costing them money” and refused to provide any refund.
Between the unsanitary conditions and the unprofessional, dismissive response from staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
