The space
Two bedroom (1 Queen, 2 twin beds), 1 1/2 bathroom two story condo sleeps four people. One mile from Clemson University's campus, walkable distance or take free bus from nearby pick up. Kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer in house (coin laundry facility on-site as well), all linens provided. Second story balcony with seating for two.
Peaceful setting with community pool and charcoal grills for use. Amazon Fire TVs provided in both bedrooms and living room with streaming services and WiFi included. Thermostat accessible by the guest for your comfort. Sound machines/ night light/ alarm clocks in each room.

Guest access
You will keyless access to the full condo, there are two locked owner's closets that will not be accessible. Free parking in front and back of the condo, no assigned spaces.
Other things to note
Must be over 25 years of age to book. No smoking, no pets. Outdoor security camera at front door. No parties or events, no unregistered guests (4 max).
If there is evidence of smoking or pets you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee and potentially a negative review, as this is a strict policy that can negatively impact the stay for future guests.
