Approximately 2.5 driving miles from Clemson University`s Memorial Stadium, this townhome is a great place for your group to enjoy football season in Clemson! With a walking trail from the townhome parking lot that leads to the Gwen Heusel Nature Trail in the SC Botanical Gardens, this townhome is 1.5 miles walking distance to campus that follows a well groomed beautiful trail!
The Retreat at Rose Hill offers comfortable accommodations with plenty of space and games for your group.

Enjoy the day out on Lake Hartwell, visiting the T. Ed Garrison arena and of course Clemson University`s campus for football, basketball, baseball and other events. The Retreat at Rose Hill will give you the experience of living like a local while making lasting memories in Clemson!

The Retreat at Rose Hill features a fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, outdoor grill, front and back deck, washer and dryer, foosball table, and electronic dart board! This 3 level townhome offers lots of space for your group to spread out and relax together while being close to many of Clemson`s attractions.

The size and layout of this property was impressive! There was more than enough room for a family of five (or even larger) to comfortably coexist. The 3.5 baths is especially nice, and is a huge advantage over staying in a hotel! The kitchen is huge, and decently equipped. All the appliances seem very new and are clean. The beds are comfortable. The central air worked well on the lower levels - the upstairs bedrooms were a little warm, but the ceiling fans did help a good deal to cool them down enough to be comfortable. The location of the neighborhood is very convenient. My family and friends will definitely be staying again.

Excellent Clemson House

Excellent house close to Clemson University. We stayed here for graduation and it was perfect. The host is friendly and responsive, the neighbors nice, and the house is very clean.

Great kitchen update, responsive property manager, close drive to Clemson, spacious.

The townhouse was as pictured with a great kitchen. It is a 4 minute drive to Clemson. There were a couple of minor hiccups but the staff was very responsive, kind and really willing to help. It is a very nicely rehabbed older property with great decor, plenty of space, and a great value for the price. Thank you to Jill for being very gracious and accommodating.

This was a great place for multi generations of Clemson family to gather and celebrate another graduation. Lots of space, close to campus, comfortable beds, large kitchen, multiple parkingspots, and the Clemson memorabilia on the walls tells a story in and of itself. Would highly recommend.

Excellent rental!

This is an excellent place for a large family to stay. With three floors, you really can get some separation if needed. The kitchen was lovely and well outfitted for cooking. The back deck was just lovely and the entire complex is very quiet, but only three minutes from campus so it’s perfect if you’re visiting a Clemson student. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and everything was spotless.

Great stay!

The Retreat at Rose Hill was an excellent townhome for our Clemson college visit! The Tigers decor throughout the home helped us feel like we were already part of the university. It was a wonderful and spacious homebase for 6 of us (4 teens), and we definitely recommend staying here if you need accommodations in the Clemson area.

Clemson visit with teens

We have a senior, a junior, and a freshman, so we have been on a LOT of college visits in the last year. This was the ideal rental for a family. The bottom floor/game room/bedroom/bathroom was perfect for teen boys to hangout into the wee hours of the night while the bedrooms upstairs could sleep peacefully. The decor was magnificent and the place was very clean. The complex was extremely quiet. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Clemson!
