The Property

Keekle offers bright, contemporary interiors and a welcoming space to relax, whether you're visiting for a few nights or several weeks.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, relaxing mood lighting and lovely views towards the surrounding fells.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a bright, welcoming space to unwind.

Both bedrooms provide storage for clothes and personal belongings, with fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels supplied for all guests.

Bathroom

The modern family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, ideal for a refreshing morning shower or a relaxing soak after a day exploring West Cumbria.

Living and Dining

The bright, open-plan kitchen and living area offers a lovely space to spend time together.

Large windows fill the room with natural light, while comfortable seating, a Smart TV and dining area make it easy to relax and enjoy your stay.

There's also a breakfast bar, perfect for your morning coffee or a quick bite before heading out.

Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day exploring or cooking an evening meal, the modern kitchen is well equipped with:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire property throughout your stay, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area, and rear garden.

Parking

Free on-street parking is available around the property.

A large free public parking area is located directly opposite and usually offers plenty of spaces. Parking is not allocated and remains subject to availability, so spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Our friendly, locally based management team is available before and throughout your stay, whether you need help with the property, local recommendations or assistance during your visit.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
