„We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters. „Mike was a great host and was FAST at communicating. I need to comment that I only gave 4 stars on cleaning. On special request, the host got the house ready a week early on the condition I agreed that it was not quite ready to his normal standards and we were the first guests ever in his new property. The yard was huge, no next neighbors crowding you. Kitchen has everything. Bathrooms furnished with towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. The river is just behind the house. We had fun wading, ...

„I guess I could never stay in a place like this. Was not clean at all. Any outside areas are not usable.They are so filthy dirty. We arrived there and looked inside and said we are not staying here. What a way to start a weekend. I could say a lot more , but i'm not gonna. I'm just Saying it was pretty bad.“

„We had an excellent time celebrating my friend's bridal shower. The house was well kept and very close to the winery where we planned the event. Everyone loved the house and had nothing but praise for how well it was laid out. The polaroid selfie was a nice touch to immortalize all past guests. Very nice amenities and the kitchen was expansive to accommodate all of us.“
