* Maintenance and upkeep of the swim spa and pool is ongoing, and we keep it operational 99% of the time. Occasionally, it requires draining and re-filling or other maintenance. We do our best to perform this service outside of guest stays, but occasionally it is unavoidable. We do not offer discounts or refunds for times when the swim spa or hot tub is down for necessary maintenance.

Guest Access:
Guests will have unfettered access to the whole property. We keep an owner's closet and a utility room locked, but otherwise, it's all yours.
The Neighborhood:
Only 1 mile from downtown. Close to it all with the seclusion and views of the country.
Getting Around:
You'll need a car to enjoy all that Cle Elum, Roslyn and Suncadia have to offer. There is parking for 6+ cars in the driveway.
4-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter!
Interaction with Guests:
I will personally be available by phone/text should anything arise during your stay. We also have maintenance staff nearby that are able to assist in short order.
