The main level features a queen bedroom and full bathroom, along with a comfortable living area, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and access to the fenced backyard.

Security Deposit: All reservations made through VRBO will incur a $500 preauthorization hold on their card on file the day before check-out. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released seven days after the initial hold is made. For all Airbnb reservations all damages will be rectified through the Airbnb resolution center.
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1000 fine for any citation.
No Parties - $1000 fine.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $500 fine.
Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM ET and check-in is at 4:00 PM ET.
If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can try to accommodate your request (subject to availability). A $50 fee applies for early check-ins before 2:00 PM and for late check-outs up to 1:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding that check-outs after 1:00 PM will incur a full night’s base rate. This policy ensures our cleaning & maintenance team has the time needed to thoroughly prepare the property, maintain high standards, and provide a great experience for every guest.
No pets are allowed. A $300 fine will be applied if there is an unauthorized pet during your stay. If you are bringing your service animal, though not required by airbnb, we would appreciate you notifying us so we can prepare appropriately.
Max number of people on property - 14 people.
Quiet hours: 10PM-8AM.
No spray tanning, henna application, hair dyeing, or tie dyeing.
Lock home and windows when leaving.
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
