„Hospitality was awful. Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wasn’t compensated for stay even after the issues at 11:45pm and was told to FOLLOW the front desk lady to the room we ...

„There was plenty of food options near the Hotel. It was perfect for our visit to Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun we had a great view of the park right outside our window. We also just pulled right out the Hotel and had the option to go to the worlds of fun ramp. Bed Super comfortable had a great night's rest. “
