„The home was in great condition and the perfect place to rest up after a long day birding. Located approximately 15 minutes from Cheyenne Bottoms and 40 minutes from Quivira, it’s a welcomed retreat at the end of the day. The home is as described and offers updated amenities with an historic charm. I highly recommend it and will stay there during future visits to the area.“

„This is a nice older home near downtown. The cleanliness was ok but there were sheets left in the dryer and some unfolded towels in the closet. The owner was very great. We were in town with an Ill relative and needed to stay a day longer and he was very polite and informative. He was also quick to respond.“

„I rented this little house for a week when I was in from out of state for a funeral. It was exactly as described, and perfect for what I needed! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I had zero issues while there. There was a garage in back that I was able to park my car which was nice because it snowed one day. It was in a nice central location and the street had adorable houses on it! It was a quiet street and I felt safe the entire time. Would definitely stay here again.“
