This impressive villa with private pool is set over 3 levels with a spacious lounge and sea views from the first floor. All 5 large bedrooms have their own en suite shower and balcony too. Villa Xoric is located on a corner plot and is a short walk from the picturesque sweeping cove of Son Xoriguer. There's also a small commercial centre with, shops, a mini market and restaurant nearby. The heart of Calan Bosch is at the beautiful marina, ¾ mile away - surrounded by eateries and shops coupled with a great view over the bobbing boats. It's an ideal spot to sit and enjoy a refreshing cool drink and watch the world drift by.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
