Villa Rotxa by Villa Plus

Villa Rotxa is a distinctive terracotta-painted villa in the popular resort of Calan Bosch. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace that surrounds the private pool, providing a lovely space to relax. Calan Bosch Beach is around a 20 minute walk away, while the bustling marina, with a plethora of restaurants and bars, can be reached in approximately 25 minutes on foot. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Rotxa is located in the Cap D’Artruitx area of Calan Bosch, around a 25 minute walk from the marina. The marina is the heart of the resort, with most of the bars and restaurants overlooking the water. The resort also offers a waterpark, a go-kart track, and two sandy beaches. A few additional restaurants and bars are approximately a 15 minute walk from the villa. The island’s historic old capital, Ciutadella, is about a 20 minute drive away and is well worth a visit during your stay.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
