„It was a bad experience because there was no air conditioning, the breakfast was bad, there was a dead cockroach in the closet, and they didn't come to clean the room or change the sheets, towels, or toilet paper. It's the first time I've had to experience something like this, and we had to go to another place to stay.“

„Actually a wonderfully situated and beautiful place, but it urgently needs better management. Although staff are very kind, behind the scenes many basics don't work. The bar and restaurant have very ambitious menus, but the preparation is far from that. We had two different rooms during our stay, one of them being the most expensive.
