Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, könnten allerdings etwas sauberer sein. Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist in Ordnung. positiv hervorzuheben ist die Manager's Reception, bei der es an mehreren Abenden wöchentlich Snacks und Getränke umsonst gibt. Ich habe hier schon mehrmals übernachtet und würde das ...

„We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Shenandoah. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, and have everything you need - although it would have been nice to have had a safe. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of parking and the hotel overall was very clean and looked after. A good hotel if you are visiting the area. “

„My kids (age 12 & 13) loved the property and so did I! We would return for sure! The ONLY complaint I would have is that the housekeeping is mediocre at best. We didn't have conditioner the entire stay ( I travel with my own but kids would've used it), toilet paper had to be asked for to replenish..etc. The only thing it appeared they did each day was make the beds.“
