„Very dirty. Our infant crawled on the floor & his legs were black. The couch was so stained, we put a sheet on it to sit. Food was on the floor from the last stay. A blanket was stained & had chunks of cheesy stuff on it. Missing pillowcase. Hair was on the bunk bed sheets. Blinds were missing & food trash was in the loft. We bought a mop & cleaning supplies & spent our 1st day cleaning. Let the front desk know & they asked when we were checking out & they’d see what they could do. The kitchen ...

„A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor. It is a cute place with a great front porch, and able to fit 5 adults.The larger house has been updated nicely also, with lots of very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great. The downstairs refrigerator hadn't been wiped out, ...

„The cabin was clean. We do not have pets so I cannot comment on pet friendly. We pretty much had everything needed for our stay. The cabin sits on a small lake and there is a baseball complex on the other side. There is also a small deck and fire ring on the back side but we did not use it, being a bit chilly outside this trip. Wood was provided. Communication with the host were good and we had easy access to the property.“

„Cool cabin, beautiful views. Everything was as expected aside from the basement was redone (which was nicer than photos) but the pool table was no longer there. They had some shuffle board weird pool table. Like others we had an issue getting the door unlocked but the key box was easy to use. I wouldn’t let these small issues deter from your stay, overall great place, great host. “
