Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, sun room access (with private seating area), and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a sitting area with a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity & shower.



The home also includes two half bathrooms and one additional full bathroom on the lower level with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.

• Fireplaces are not available for guest use.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras; (1) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the entry into the home and a partial view of the driveway, (2) located on the side of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway and side of the home, (3) located on the back porch (lower-level, screened in) and actively monitoring the lower-level screened in back porch area, (4) located on the back of the home and actively monitoring the back of home and exterior area of back.
