Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I stayed at the Embassy Suites February 14 -15 to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my husband who has never stayed at any location. Therefore, imagine how disappointed I was when entering the lobby area to see construction being done. My heart sank because I bragged about the beauty of the hotel. The room was nice and I had some excitement to know that the complimentary happy hour and breakfast is still provided. However, when we went to breakfast it was nothing like I have experienced in the past at other Embassy Suites. The waffles were hard and dry, the potatoes were barely warm, and I was informed there wasn’t an omelet station which was another thing I bragged about to my husband. At this point I was highly disappointed and felt the need to reach out to a manager, Chase, by email about these issues. I sent the email Monday, February 16th and I still haven’t heard anything from him. If I had known construction was being done I would have booked a room at the Embassy Suites in Covington or another hotel since the romantic mood was hindered. I was considering having this Embassy Suites hotel as a venue for my wedding since my husband and I got married at the courthouse. However, this experience has caused me to want to look at other places. Hopefully, the construction will be completed soon so they will be able to get back to business and service as usual.
