Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Ok , so they are remodeling the hotel so I will cut them some slack, the room was not ready 4 hrs after check-in, so had to wait for that, the door was open and the beds were messy when I got there leaving me to believe I had stumbled into someone's room.
There was no front desk , you had to go into a room in a room where the makeshift office was. There was no vending machines and the Ice makers were not working all blamed on the renovations.
The elevator never worked when I got there again blamed on the renovations ...the work crews were holding it on a floor.
No breakfast room or area to eat, if you wanted they microwaved a Styrofoam container with pre made cheese omelettes and sausage.
No maid service on the second day whatsoever. Beds not made up no clean towels. When I arrived at the hotel on the second day the door lock was changed and my room was open and had to go downstairs to get a new passkey.
Again, under renovations, but that was not told to me in any way shape or form.
The room was nice, but getting there when it was dirty and it not being cleaned the next day leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
