„Great location on a side street minutes from the strip & beach. Pleanty of eateries, gas stations and 24hr grocery store nearby. Quiet street. The water pressure in the shower was low but other than that, it was a good stay“

„Check in was super easy. Pictures don’t do the room justice it’s actually very roomy and clean! Small kitchenette with appliances and two beach chairs were provided. 20-25 min walk from main strip (pizza city) where the party continues after the Placita closes. Host was very nice, checked in when I had trouble with the WiFi due to rain the night before and moved belongings out of the rain for us when we were napping! Definitely recommend staying here! P.S cheaper to get Uber off the main strip“

„Once we found the correct door it was no issues at all. The ad says it all a quick stop and go. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy or 5 star. But a clean room to sleep. We checked out maybe 30 mins late. He didnt make a big fuss so he's alright with me. The air was cold. Most importantly I seen lot of reviews about water not being hot. Had me nervous about booking. „This place is perfect for a solo traveler trying to save a bit of money but still be in a desirable area. The bed was super comfortable, a/c worked well cooling down the room and the neighborhood was quiet. „The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. “

„Close to the airport, economical. Clean but old apartment. Safe in gated apartment, though limited parking on the street. Bed was comfortable enough though not great for two people. Could hear dogs barking and roosters crowing most of the night and being so near to the airport, planes flying close overhead. A decent place to be close to the airport and not have to pay hotel prices. “

A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. „Hotel war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Pool ohne Wasser war geschlossen. Betten sehr gut. Es gab Handtücher sogar für den Strand. Der Hotelstrand war aufgeräumt und fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten, was für die Hitze sehr angenehm war. “

„The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot.“

"We just had one night booked, but we showed up 2 days later than planned due to some issues with the flights. We reached out to the hotel (when it was already too late to change the reservation) and with the help from Valeria from Marriot Reservations/Front desk and the chat on Hotels.com, we managed to move our reservation by 2 days without the additional cost. This helped a lot, since it was Christmas time and we were already under a lot of stress stuck in Spain. :) When we finally arrived, we could expeirence a super nice, clean, modern hotel, with comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, great pool area and a very nice bar. There we got to eat really well and got some amazing recommendations for local beers & drinks, which we followed till the end of our entire stay in Puerto Rico."
