There is just 1 person at the reception and communication in English is impossible (had to do everything trough Google Translate). „Wir waren beruflich unterwegs. Das Hotel ist sauber und schlicht. Vom Flughafen ca. 35 min mit dem Auto entfernt, in die Stadt 10 min mit dem Auto, da ist auch metro in der Nähe wir haben es aber nicht benutzt. Kein Spa und keine anständige bar :) war etwas ungemütlich auch frühstück eher mittelmässig. Dafür aber mit Wasch-Service, das hat mir sowas von meinen Vortrag gerettet. Wir hatten die junior suite, alle suits sind wohl auf der gleichen Seite wo die Fenster direkt auf der Seite ...

„Das schlimmste was wir jemals an Hotel erlebt haben, es gehört geschlossen, wir sind nach dem teuren Eqrly Check in nachdem wir das Zimmer gesehen haben sofort abgereist und haben keinen Cent erstattet bekommen. Es wimmelte vor Ungeziefer und Schimmel inklusive der Bettwäsche! Eine Zumutung “

„Grundsätzlich ist das schöne Beherbergung. Gute Lage. Sehr praktisch. Viele Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäftstladen in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sauber und komfortabel. Aber bei uns war ein Nachteil bedauerlicherweise: das Zimmer roch nach Zigaretten, obwohl das Rauchen im Zimmer verboten ist. War auffällig, dass das Personal versucht hat, es mittels des Raumsprays zu verstecken und den Geruch zu beseitigen. Hat aber nicht geklappt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung! Guter Eindruck letztendlich! “

„Very nice and cosy flat, walking distance for major subway stations, shopping street and monuments. Very comfortable bed. The reception was a bit difficult to find but once checked in every thing was great“

„On photos the guest house looks good. But in real life it a very small room (about 2.5*3.5 sq.m) including bathroom. One more thing: it's situated on the basement floor, so don't expect any beautiful views from your window. Also, the service is a bit poor.
