„Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. „Sehr angenehmer und relaxter Aufenthalt. Das Areal des Hotels ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick auf den See sowie die Berge - am Abend toller Sonnenuntergang. Service Staff war sehr hilfsbereit, Late Check-out war möglich. Schöner Pool, mit super Blick. Frühstück ist üppig, nur am Abend ist das Angebpt ein wenig eingeschränkt, da die meisten lokalen Touristen im Ort essen. Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen, super für ein verlängertes Wochenende “
