„There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.“

„We stayed here for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at SDSU. You simply cannot find a better location. The condo building and unit are rather old and could use some updating but its definitely clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here and the communication with the owner was great! We will come back!“

„We were a group of 4 people and spend three months in this apartment. In our opinion there is no better location to live at. It is only one minute walking distance from the beach and a lot of restaurants are right next to the apartment. Michael was such a nice host and always available. There was really nothing we could complain about. We had a really good time there.“

„The garage is REALLY small. My son has a 2004 solara and it literally doesn't fit no matter how good of a driver you are (mirrors don't fold in) so he couldn't park in the garage. Other than that it was SUPER convenient and great for what it was.“
