The onsen facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Kandel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. I had accidentally left my passport at a previous hotel, and Kandel kindly assisted me in contacting them and coordinating the delivery of the passport to my current location. His support and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m extremely grateful. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fuji area."

"Das Hotel liegt zu Fuß eine gute viertel Stunde von der Kanazawa Station entfernt. Mit einem Uber oder Taxi direkt vor der Station auch spontan schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist angenehm ruhig gelegen, das öffentliche Bad ist das Highlight des Hotels. Für Tätowierte mit wenigen, kleinen Tattoos stehen Pflaster zum Abkleben an der Rezeption bereit. Diese kosten 100 Yen das Stück. Für stark Tätowierte nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück ist traditionell japanisch, was für europäische Gaumen sehr ungewohnt sein kann. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gepäck kann bereits vor Check-In abgegeben werden."
