„This was our first trip to the UP and with 3 kids and a large dog, we don’t travel light. I was a little worried not having a big discount store nearby but all that stress melted away when we arrived and all the little things were already waiting for us- from soap to dog dishes to marshmallows to extra TP, the house was fully stocked. „We had the best time during our stay! Cabin is comfortable, has every kitchen amenity you could wish for, & the free access to kayaks was a huge plus for us! All of the mattresses were super comfortable. Cindy was a great host & Poe, her dog, was the sweetest! The location can't be beat! We enjoyed kayaking the Au Train River, Brownstone Inn for dinner, Bay Furnace for rock hunting, Capt Ron's Whitefish truck in Munising is a must & Au Train Grocery has the best pasties! „The property is beautiful - wonderful forest, quiet. The cabin is very attractive and comfy. The lighting is slightly dim. A great place to rejuvenate and use as a home base to explore the Pictured Rocks National Park. “

The living room was comfortable to rest after a busy day. Cottage was clean just needed a good power wash on the outside. Will definitely stay here again. “
