„There wasn’t enough food in the morning for all the guests. And it smelled like cigarettes walking down the hallway to our room.“

„We always stay at Holiday inn hotels Shower floor was very slippery. First time this has happened. Hubby and I both almost fell in the shower. Didnt care for the shower head. Hubby and I are very tall and the shower very hard to get under to wash hair. Hand held shower would be nice too. Bed was nice but pillows were way too soft and must have had I think feathers in the pillows. Woke up with red itchy eyes. I am allergic to feather pillows. So maybe have different pillows without feathers ...

„Clean rooms and friendly staff“

„We received enjoyed our stay here. We booked a suite for my daughter’s 10th birthday and had a blast. We stayed in the room and didn’t use any of the amenities. The suite was spacious and perfect. The property was clean and up to date. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was good and the dining area was very nice. My husband and I are already planning to book a room for ourselves.“

„No ironing board- otherwise A-1.“

„I like that it's only two blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.“

„Nice room. Good location. Friendly front desk. However wifi not working and filthy elevator. The manager did not take my feedback seriously and refused to refund any amount. Instead, he tried to talk me into a loop. Unfortunate.“

„Sehr schönes altes Haus. Sehr nettes Personal. “
